Who We Are

The City of Wolfforth Library is located near the intersection of West 82nd Street and the Brownfield Highway. The City of Wolfforth Library provides free services to all residents living within the state of Texas.

The library system holds over 20,000 materials including books, videos, audio books, and makerspace kits.

In addition to these items, thousands of people enter the library monthly to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s high-speed connection, enjoy state-of-the-art Wi-fi service, utilize our Job and Education Center, participate in GED and ESL classes, compete in a children’s reading contest, listen to story hour, or attend one of our many other programs for all ages.

Mission

The City of Wolfforth Library will provide innovative Library services, delivered in a friendly, efficient and effective manner, that will assist all residents to continue to grow and learn throughout life, with materials, programs, and services in a variety of formats suited to the informational and recreational needs of the community, and a relaxed, open environment that offers all citizens the opportunity to meet and interact with others.

Vision

The vision of the Library is to be a cornerstone in the community, to have resources available for leisure as well as learning, and to facilitate activities for children, teens, and adults throughout the year for the residents of Wolfforth as well as the surrounding communities.
